Hi, I’m Bia, the founder of Cheesy Dreams 

 

I created Cheesy Dreams to share the authentic taste of Brazilian pão de queijo — Brazilian cheese bread — here in Florida. It’s a big part of my culture, and I grew up surrounded by the comforting smell of fresh cheese bread coming out of the oven.

 

Our cheese breads are handcrafted, naturally gluten-free, and made with love. From the classic to different flavors, my goal is to bring comfort, flavor, and a little piece of Brazil to every bite.
