Ellie's Microbakery

A microbakery that adds a taste of Greece in Lakeland. We make Greek delicacies and American favorites. We provide an array of pastries and desserts baked from scratch like pies, baklava, cookies, and breads. We are traditional and homemade, from our kitchen to yours. 

 

My father, his siblings and my grandparents being from a small, off-grid mountain village in Greece, I grew up learning different village-life foods and traditional ways of cooking and baking. When they moved to the USA, they started their own restaurants and I was able to grow up in that industry, learning how to bring homemade, traditional and real food to people’s tables.

 

Using family-inspired recipes I intend to bring joy, warmth and comfort to you in every delicious bite.
