Krazy Kombucha

Wendy and AJ’s story is one of friendship, community roots, and a shared passion for health and wellness. Wendy, a third-generation Lakeland native with a background in Nursing, is deeply passionate about holistic nutrition. AJ, originally from Albany, Georgia, is a fitness instructor and City of Lakeland Aquatics employee who made Lakeland her home. The two met in 2010 through fitness classes and bonded over running and healthy living. Wendy discovered the benefits of raw kombucha while seeking alternative treatments for digestive issues, which inspired her to make it locally available. Wendy opened the Dixieland Taproom in 2021, and Just Rolled out Krazy Kombucha +Superfoods Mobile Bar in April, adding Delicious Kombucha Based Smoothies & Bowls.
