Leaven & Layer

Hi! My name is Allyson and I own Leaven & Layer. I've had a passion for baking since I was 12 years old and even had a little cupcake business back then. Fast forward 15 years and that passion has taken a sourdough twist. Specifically sourdough cookies! All my cookies are long-fermented for at least 36 hours before baking for a rich, developed flavor that makes you keep coming back for just one more bite. Baking treats for you is like baking for my own family. I hope my cookies help you slow down, smile, and remember you are deeply loved.
